It's a fair question, and probably one we would ask as well if we were in your shoes. The straight-forward answer is that we're actually dedicated to making sure you learn how to do this without us!

Just as important though, we've been where you are and learned what doesn't work by actually working in the fitness industry. We both grew up weak and frustrated by never feeling proud of our body.  This led us to trying literally every single type of workout routine we could find while growing our $1,000,000+ Chicago-based Kettlebell Studio from 2013-2021. We have seen firsthand that the "traditional" approach to exercise doesn't work in today's world.
